Terms
& Condition for Returns , Delivery and Waiting
List
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only within two weeks of your receipt of the merchandise and must be in new condition with all the original packaging. All returns will be charged for shipping both to the customer and for the return shipping to IDEAL SOLUTION.
DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped via UPS, D.H.L. or by another shipping company of our choice. If you live in San Diego County, CA - delivery may be also provided by our company-i.e. IDEAL SOLUTION.
All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt, before signing for the shipment. Any loss or damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Remember, when you sign for a shipment, without any exceptions, your signatures is verifications that merchandise has been received in good condition.
If it is obvious that there is extensive damage to your order (for example the box in which the merchandise was shipped is completely broken), please refuse the shipment. Otherwise,
You can receive the package, but ask your delivery person to mark the package "received damaged." If you receive your shipment and find damage, you are required to notify IDEAL SOLUTION within two days of your receipt.
ORDERS FROM THE WAITING LIST: We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the product will be in stock (usually it takes about 4-6 weeks, because our tables are shipped from Italy and it takes some time to get them, as you understand ). We need to receive your reply within 2-3 days in order you to have a priority to get your X Table before it will become available on our website to the public.
